As a company, we do not offer refunds on any products once sold. Each VGlame product is handcrafted with a personal touch.
However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You can exchange a product for a different product or for the same product in a bigger or smaller size.
- If the desired size for exchange is not in stock, we will issue a credit note.

Production & Dispatch Timelines
All our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 15–20 working days for dispatch for both domestic and international orders.
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10–15 days. We will notify you via email, message, or WhatsApp if such delays occur.
